Cancellation Policy
All bookings and sales are final except where this policy allows cancellation or rescheduling.
Weather and safety cancellations
Cancellation or free rescheduling may apply when unsafe weather or marine conditions affect the charter, including rain, fog, or a small craft advisory issued by the national marine forecast. Dream Party Yacht may also reschedule when a mechanical or operational safety issue prevents the charter from running.
Seven-day notice requirement
Please contact Dream Party Yacht at least 7 days, or 168 hours, before your scheduled charter if you need to cancel or request a date or time change.
Refunds
If you cancel at least 168 hours before the scheduled charter and the reservation was paid in full, 50% of the payment may be refunded to the original payment method. The 50% refund does not apply to reservations that are only partially paid.
No refund is available for cancellation requests made less than 168 hours before the charter.
Rescheduling
Dream Party Yacht will try to help move your charter to the next available date or time when a qualifying request is made at least 168 hours before the charter.
- Customer-requested rescheduling is subject to a $200 dockage and handling fee.
- Captain and crew fees may apply for events rescheduled within 14 calendar days of the event. Captain time may be charged at $50 per hour and crew member time may be charged at $25 per hour.
- No customer-requested rescheduling is available within 168 hours of the scheduled event.
- Weather-related or mechanical/safety-related rescheduling may be handled without a rescheduling fee.
Non-transferable costs
Dock reservation fees, captain fees, crew fees, and other third-party costs may be non-refundable or non-transferable. If those costs are charged by a marina, captain, crew member, vendor, or other provider, the client may be responsible for them.
